Survey & asset intelligence

Turn field evidence into usable asset history.

A configurable survey and evidence workflow designed to link the correct photographs, defects, test results, work status and close-out to the correct infrastructure asset.

Field to database

One controlled record per asset

The system is intended to reduce fragmented spreadsheets, unstructured photo folders and repeated data capture. Fields, terminology, evidence rules and approval workflow can be configured around the client.

01IdentifyClient reference, route, location and unique asset token.
02SurveyStructured forms, observations, photographs and tests.
03ActDefects, priority, work status, materials and revisits.
04VerifyQA, close-out, acceptance and retained history.

Tagging

QR / NFC-ready identifiers can resolve to the authorised asset record rather than exposing sensitive information on the physical tag.

Random asset token
Multi-utility capability

Available for fibre and powerline work.

The platform can support different asset classes while retaining the same control principles: verified asset, verified evidence, clear status and an auditable history.

  • Power towers / poles
  • Overhead fibre supports
  • Route survey records
  • Tests & certificates
  • Defects & snags
  • QA / client acceptance
  • Asset tagging
  • Export / handover data
Security by design

Controlled access to sensitive asset data

Live deployment would be subject to client-approved security, hosting, access, retention and data-processing requirements. Tags can use non-descriptive tokens so scanning alone does not expose infrastructure information.

The website describes DGI's proposed/configurable capability. Final integrations, hosting architecture and production security controls are agreed with the client before deployment.
